Do I use the same account on the website and launcher?
Yes. Your Mazilky website login uses the same TERA account as the launcher and game.
What version of TERA does Mazilky use?
Mazilky currently runs patch 100.02. The launcher keeps your client aligned with the server and handles verification when updates are available.
How do I install or update the game?
Go to the Download page, install the Mazilky Launcher and sign in. The launcher handles client verification, updates and game startup.
How are shop purchases delivered?
Checkout is attached to the account you are signed into. After PayPal confirms the payment, Mazilky verifies the order details and then delivers the selected reward to that account.
Does Mazilky store my PayPal credentials?
No. PayPal handles payment credentials on its own checkout pages. Mazilky stores the transaction reference, product, amount, status and receiving account so the reward can be verified and delivered.
What if a payment succeeds but my reward does not arrive?
Keep the transaction details and contact Mazilky support. The local payment record can be checked against PayPal before any manual delivery is considered.
